Your tasks

  • Leading a team of two to four employees
  • Responsibility for the smooth running of the allocated construction sites and the optimal use of employees, machines and materials
  • Exchange and coordination with the client in consultation with the construction management
  • Responsibility for reporting and order on the construction sites
  • Driving and operating crawler and pneu excavators, wheel loaders as well as crawler and wheel dumpers

Your profile

  • Completed training as a gardener EFZ specialising in gardening and landscaping
  • Professional experience as a foreman in horticulture, ideally further training as a head gardener or foreman
  • Driving licence cat. B and possibly BE
  • Experience with small machines and excavators
  • Good written and spoken German
  • High social competence, communication skills and resilience
  • Independent, reliable and efficient way of working

Your tasks

  • Maintenance and care of private and public green spaces (professional pruning of shrubs and bushes, lawn care, etc.)
  • Designing and planting gardens and green spaces
  • Carrying out minor maintenance work (e.g. stairs, walls, paths, etc.)
  • Assistance with winter maintenance

Your profile

  • Completed training as a gardener EFZ specialising in gardening and landscaping
  • Professional experience as a gardener in garden maintenance (we are open to all age groups)
  • Outgoing personality with good manners and high customer orientation
  • Experience in handling small machines, gladly also with excavators
  • Driving licence cat. B, Cat. BE advantageous
  • Independent, reliable and efficient way of working
  • Good oral and written German skills
